Arash Farmahini travelled in February, 2020 and left the following review:
Please add more food options in the buffet restaurant (Lido on Deck 12) having Turkish, Persian, Lebanese cuisine add extra advantages to the whole trip. the whole of my family was sick of food after 2-3 days. The number of food is not that important, quality and taste are more important.

Found cruise on a whole to be good, we had a balcony room which was fine but found bed too big for the room. All toiletries were provided and room housekeeping was excellent. We had an excellent deal by cruising to Auckland For 7 days and flying home To Sydney after 2 days Staff in pizza restaurant were good value and some spoke English, a lot of staff onboard is did not understand what we were asking. Preferred eating in restaurants provided rather than buffet style as this was too pushy Perhaps A fluent English speaking staff member be allocated to each information section. Transfers - bus transfer from ship to Wellington need improvement, waiting time was up to 1.5 hours would have been very unpleasant if it was raining to stand waiting for a bus. Many people not prepared to wait their turn which was very annoying. Tender transfers were good at Gisborne And very efficient. I would travel again on this cruise liner but for a shorter period. Might try Tasmania next cruise

1st time embarking at brisbane. checkin was very streamline and quick. meet and greet was enjoyable. our cabin was clean and bright with a very large tv. our bathroom was great with a sliding door separating the head. our cabin steward was very good cleaning our room and a delight to talk to. we dined in the dining room both nights. were were seated at a window table and service was excellent. the food was average for a dining room although the variety was good. we never had to wait as we dined early but there were waiting periods of up to one hour for some. we purchased drink packages, $108 beer and wine (classic) $208 open bar (premium) for 2 days as drinks carried a 10% gst and 18% surcharge making bottled beer about $9 and cocktails about $15 service was very ordinary (slow)

Cabin was good but will book a window one next time. Coffee making facilities is a terrific idea. I could not fault the food or the crew. Entertainment was the best we have ever seen and that is after being on 15 cruises

The only 3 nice things I can say are nice cabin, good food in the dining room and awesome crew. So glad to disembark in Darwin. The time in almost every Asian port was slashed with no explanation. In 2 weeks there were only 3 production shows - repeated over and over. Food in The Lido buffet was always cold. Very few organised activities during the day. Dinner and drinks service very slow, with wrong orders being delivered at almost every meal.
