All Inclusive Cruises

Taking an All Inclusive Cruise is a fantastic option for Cruisers who want to keep a check on their spending. While most cruises are not all inclusive, there are a number of different cruise packages available to suit budget conscience travellers.

While nearly all cruises offer onboard meals, some drinks, entertainment and access to the spa there are a number of out of pocket expenses that can quickly add up. Out of pocket expenses could include such things as spa and massages packages, fancy cocktails, or dining in restaurants other than those included in your package. Onshore activities, internet use, and souvenirs are also items that can quickly make your cruise holiday a costly experience.

It is also possible that onboard activities you thought may be included in the cost such as the ice skating rink or musical / comedy acts, may actually be charged.

When trying to find all inclusive cruise deals you will need to ensure you read the fineprint and included options listed on the cruise information page. The term can be misleading as there is almost no such thing as an all inclusive cruise.

All inclusive cruises that cover onshore activities are a great option for travellers as these can sometimes be the most expensive items on the trip. While enjoying your holiday it can sometimes be hard to knock back an amazing snorkeling experience, swimming with dolphins or a guided tour of a European city. Keeping a close eye on these extra activities is a must if you don't want to be slugged a hefty bill at the end of your trip. Educating the children is also required to ensure they don't spend too much in the lolly shop or ice cream store.

With Cruise Liners building ‘megaships’ full of amazing entertainment options the big cruise companies are offering sensational discounts to lure eager travellers. With this they are including a low initial fare with minimal inclusions so you are sometimes paying more onboard and onshore than the cost of the entire cruise. This is not such a problem due to the entire cost being at times being alot cheaper than a traditional holiday on dry land.

A cruise holiday can be one of the most enjoyable experiences you undertake in life, so try not to worry too much about costs, however bear in mind we don't want to break the bank so just ensure you read all the terms, conditions and fine print to ensure there are no hidden surprises. Have a great cruise!
